Want more money? Get out and play.

Heard the expression, “work hard to play hard?” Well, now there is proof that playing hard can boost your health, and you salary!
A professor at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland surveyed thousands of Germans from 1984 to 2006 and found that adults who participate in sports at least once a month earn about 1,200 euros ($1,903 USD) more per year over 16 years.
The study is further broken down. According to the professor, only one-fifth of that increase is due to better health. Another benefit mentioned in the study attributes the increase in pay to the social networking that takes place.
Obviously, being part of a team is not only beneficial to your salary, but to your work environment as well. The more you play as part of a team, the better work with one.
